BOOKING POLICIES 🪞✨

To secure an appointment, I require a non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your service. Payment is made when you initially book. $25 deposit + $1.25 processing fee

GUARANTEE

The Lash Lounge takes pride in the work we do! If you have any concerns with the service you’ve received, let us know within 2 days and we will fix to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer!

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

The Lash Lounge requires a 24- hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to give 24 hour notice will result in 50% of the scheduled service fee and you are responsible to pay that fee in order to rebook. No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service fee and will remained blocked from my booking site until fees have been paid.

If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. ( Deposits can be rolled over ONE time if you need to reschedule. After that, a new deposit will be required to rebook.)



FEES DO NOT GO TOWARDS ANY NEW OR EXISTING APPOINTMENTS.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 10 minutes late there will be a $10 late fee applied to your appointment. After 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled and you will be responsible to pay the 50% cancellation fee in order to rebook. If we’re still able to accommodate you, your appointment may be shortened due to having other clients.The full service price will still apply for late arrivals even if less time is available for your appointment.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the time and commitment, we do not offer refunds on completed services. We do however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY ( see above).

ALLERGIES

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. We do offer complimentary removals after an allergic reaction has occurred.

FILL INS

Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. To be considered a fill, at least 50% of your lashes must be retained. Anything less may be considered a full set and charged accordingly. We do not perform fills on work done by another lash artist.

GUEST POLICY

Children, family members or friends are not permitted during your appointment.
